Long papers must not exceed eight (8) pages in length, and short papers must not exceed four (4) pages in length, with maximum two additional pages for references. Long and short papers are subject to a double-blind review process by members of the Program Committee. Submissions must be anonymous, avoiding to include information (authorship, acknowledgements, name of application or software or project) suggestive of the identity of the authors; it can be added later, to the camera ready version of the accepted papers. Both long and short accepted papers will be published in the main proceedings (application for inclusion in the ACM Digital Library is ongoing). All submissions must be in English and contain original work not published elsewhere. Submissions must be formatted using the ACM SIGCHI format. Three options are available:

- LaTex template
- Overleaf template for LaTex online collaborative writing
Inclusion in the main proceedings is conditional upon registration of the presenter within the recommended deadline.

all long and short paper submissions will be reviewed by at least two PC members in a double blind process; reviewers will have three to four weeks to return their reviews. In case  revisions are requested, acceptance is conditional to successful revision. Revised articles will be reviewed by the program and general chairs. Authors are allotted 10 days to submit their revisions.
