CALL FOR POSTERS
AND LATE BREAKING WORK
with novelties with respect to
the prior general CfP
Missed the deadline to submit a work for presentation at CHItaly19? You can still take advantage of the poster call to submit your work! Find out why posters represent a last-minute, juicy opportunity:
- The best posters will be upgraded to short papers and included in the proceedings.
- Selected posters can be invited to submit an extended version to the special issue of MTAP on “Sustainable, empowering and emotional interactive multimedia”, (see here for details)
- Posters can win the poster award
- Posters will be published in the adjunct proceedings
- Posters will have a 1-minute presentation at the plenary session in addition to the poster session
FORMAT
Posters are descriptions of small studies/experiences, or of a preliminary insight from studies still in progress. They will be displayed and presented during a dedicated session of the conference, and will have a 1 minute presentation slot in one of the plenary sessions. In order for accepted posters to be displayed, poster presenters are required to register and be present during the poster session. All accepted posters will be included in the adjunct proceedings volume (not published by ACM). The poster description should be 2 to 4 pages long plus references and ANONYMIZED. All submissions must be in English and contain original work not published elsewhere.
Please save your file as a pdf and use the ACM SIGCHI format.
Three options are available:
- Microsoft Word template
- LaTex template
- Overleaf template for LaTex online collaborative writing
