The poster session is on the 24th. Poster boards will be available in the foyer. The poster size can be the classic A0 (841 x 1189 mm) with the short side at the bottom.
The session is scheduled to start at lunch break, so that attendees can take their food from the buffet and walk amidst the poster boards.
As usual, the poster presenter is expected to stand by the poster to answer questions.

Right before the poster session, at the end of the plenary session in the morning, there will be the "poster madness": poster presenters will have 1 exact minute and 2 slides to introduce their poster.
Please send **your slides to Patrik Pluchino ( by sept 20th**; he will collect them and create one file including all your slides.

The poster abstract, which you already uploaded on Easychair, will be included in the printed adjunct proceedings and distributed to all attendees as part of the conference material.

Paper presenters are allocated 10 minutes (short papers) or 15 minutes (long papers) for their talk plus 5 minutes for questions. The talk schedule is available from the conference website and attached here.
You are kindly advised to upload and check your presentation before your session to make sure that any effect or sound is preserved. Usual equipment is available. Please make sure to bring your own adapter if you need to connect your laptop to the projector. In case you prefer the the audience does not take any picture of you during your talk or of the slides you are using, please make this clear at the beginning of your talk.
